You meet with Recognition Clicks’ team to discuss your company’s unique goals, and select a program that will help achieve those goals.
Creating your Program Website
Once you’ve decided on a program, Recognition Clicks creates a custom website to run your company’s targeted program. Each program created by Recognition Clicks is custom-designed and written, for the purpose of attaining your specific, established goals. We start by designing a website with a custom look and feel to coincide with your branding standards and design preferences. Then we set it up at the web address of your choice, i.e. we can use one of our addresses, or map an address from your company’s website.
Decisions, Decisions...
Prior to your program’s official launch, you get to decide what rewards will motivate your audience. You may select from our extensive reward options, including gift cards. Or you may choose your own rewards from suppliers you already work with. Consider using your company’s own products, time off, preferred parking or lunch with a VIP. Or consider premium items, such as iPods or portable DVD players, with your company’s logo imprinted on them. The best rewards are items that the users would not normally purchase for themselves but that they really want.
How Participants Earn Gifts
Achievements that you want recognized should each be assigned a point value based on your goals and your budget. If recruiting is high on your list, for example, give high points to employees who recruit a new hire, and give them bonus points if the person takes the job. If getting face-to-face meetings with prospective end-users is high on your list, then give high points to distributors who get face-to-face meetings, and give them bonus points if the end-user buys your products. Recognition Clicks’ team will work closely with you, to select the program structure that will best suit your needs.
Launching your Program
To generate excitement for the program and encourage participation, we develop marketing materials, usually including a dedicated name and logo for the award program. Once the website has been created, and your custom gift catalog is in place, the program is launched with a big kickoff – either with a live meeting of all participants, or through a marketing blast – during which participants learn how it works and, more importantly, gain an emotional commitment to the program.
Day-to-Day Program Administration
The program administrator(s) within your company electronically oversees the distribution of points to participants. In larger companies, managers may be allotted a preset number of points to distribute to participants within their departments. Or, if you prefer to leave it to the experts, Recognition Clicks will administer the program for you. This makes it completely hassle-free for your management team.
A Pat on the Back
When a participant earns points, the administrator or manager uses the program’s tools to easily create a customized award certificate, informing them of the points they have been awarded. If desired, Recognition Clicks can provide a special box engraved with your company’s logo, or your recognition program’s logo, to put award certificates in. This gives greater impact to the message of thanks.
How Participants Redeem Gifts
After the kickoff, all participants register by selecting a user name and password that allow them to log on and track their progress or redeem awards. As they earn points in your program, they are able to log onto the website and exchange those points for gifts from your catalog.
Please check out our demo for a firsthand example of how it works. Any rewards that were chosen from Recognition Clicks’ inventory will be drop-shipped directly to your participants.
Keeping the Momentum
It is also important to continually promote the program, and make sure that awardees receive public recognition for their achievements. If your program is on line, then the program website is a great vehicle for this praise and recognition. You may also use company newsletters, meetings, or corporate events as opportunities to recognize awardees.
